Created by Marta Maria Trenti for Antikapratika, Black Lines Porcelain transforms simple tableware into objects of character through contemporary graphic language, tattoo symbolism and visual storytelling.

Each piece features an original black graphic design inspired by tattoo culture and contemporary illustration.

Applied under a clear glaze, the black tattoo-inspired design becomes a permanent part of the translucent white porcelain.

Due to the handmade process, slight variations may occur, making each piece unique.

Marta Maria Trenti, after getting her diploma as Architectural Engineering in 1994, began her artistic journey in 1996, when she attended the ceramic workshop of Master Ceramist Giancarlo Scapin in Schio (VI) Italy. A real imprinting that awoke an interest for creativity, initially oriented towards clay, but which would gradually include an interest also in drawing, oil painting, tattooing and gradually becoming predominant for porcelain.
